Shakuhachi Summer Camp is located at Sunrise Ranch, about one hour north of Denver International Airport. Contact info for Sunrise Ranch: 5569 N. County Road 29, Loveland, CO 80538, Tel: (970) 679-4200 First day at Camp The introductory session at Sunrise Ranch will begin after lunch, Thursday, October 9, at 1 pm.Please arrange to arrive at Sunrise Ranch by that time. The last lesson on Monday, October 13 ends at noon, so please schedule flights for late afternoon or early evening on the Monday. Driving From Denver, take Interstate 25 North to Exit 257B: Highway 34 West. Go West on 34 through the city of Loveland, past a K-Mart at 4 1/2 miles. Look for the "Masonville" sign. Turn Right on County Road 27 and go 3 miles to the first paved road on the left. There is a sign "Sunrise Ranch One Mile." Turn left here onto County Road 29. Go 1 mile. Look for stone sign: "Sunrise Ranch" and turn Right. The Pavilion parking lot is on your left, just inside the entrance. MapQuest online map and directions. Reservations for travel to Sunrise Ranch from Denver International Airport (DIA) • Call Shamrock Airport Shuttle at 970-482-0505 • Make two reservations: 1. Shuttle from DIA to Hampton Inn (Hwy 34 & I-25) in Loveland, $24 per person. 2. Tickets must be purchased at Shamrock ticket counter in the Main Terminal, near the fountain. After deplaning, take train to main terminal, go up escalator and turn to the left. board Shuttle at: Door 504 (west side), Island 5 at "Scheduled Bus" area. (*Confirm location with Shamrock.) 3. Taxi from Hampton Inn to Sunrise Ranch (30 min. west of Hampton Inn), $20 per taxi* 4. *Taxi may be shared to lower expense. • When reservation is made ahead of time, taxi will be waiting for you at the Hampton Inn. • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • If you make any change or cancellation, please call Shamrock Airport Shuttle.
